HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

Fill out the request form on this site found under “REQUEST APPOINTMENT” link. If you are having trouble finding it, text us at 503-262-8643 and we will forward you a link.

If your project is selected by the artist, you will receive an invoice for the retainer of $150-$200 per day booked. IF YOU DO NOT PAY THE RETAINER FEE WITHIN 24 HOURS, YOU DO NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT.

How soon can I get on the schedule?

Depending on the artist, custom/large scale work is usually a month or more out. 1-2 hour pieces we do our best to fit in within a week. This is subject to how busy we are at the time.

I'M BOOKED! NOW WHAT?

You will receive an email from us that says FORMS in the subject line. This will let you know all the ins and outs of what to expect, and links to aftercare products as well as the release form you will need to fill out. Let your artists know of any and all allergies to products that you have.

WHY DO I PAY A RETAINER?

A retainer is a non refundable amount of money charged by the artist to hold the appointment time. The amount comes off the LAST session for the project. If you do not show up for your appointment or reschedule last minute, the retainer is forfeited and you will need to pay another to book again.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY?

If you cancel/reschedule last minute, or reschedule multiple times, you forfeit the retainer you paid and will need to pay another to book again.
